1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Streamer", or "Host") and GENZ LIVE Operations ("GENZ LIVE", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the GENZ LIVE mobile application, website (genzlive.app), API endpoints, and related interactive services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will post the revised version with a revised "Effective Date". Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes full acceptance of those modifications.

To access live streaming, multi-guest audio rooms, and gifting features, you must register an account using supported third-party authentication (such as Google, Facebook, Apple ID, or phone number verification).

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts, VIP levels, badge achievements, and virtual balances cannot be transferred, sold, leased, or shared with third parties.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify GENZ LIVE immediately at feedback@genzlive.app of any security breach or unauthorized use.

4. Live Streaming & Community Conduct Guidelines

GENZ LIVE is dedicated to providing an enjoyable, vibrant, and safe environment for creators and viewers worldwide. The following behaviors and content types are strictly prohibited:

5. In-App Coins, Virtual Gifts & Purchases

GENZ LIVE provides virtual currency ("Coins", "Diamonds") and digital items ("Virtual Gifts", "Avatar Frames", "Entrance Effects") to enhance interactive live streams:

• Final Sale: All coin purchases and gift transactions are final and non-refundable, except where required by local consumer law.
• Anti-Chargeback: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate automatic ban of the purchasing account.

6. Creator, Host & Agency Policies

Users accepted as Verified Hosts or managed under recognized Agencies are subject to additional contractual requirements:

• Independent Contractor Status: Streamers and Hosts are independent contractors and not employees or legal agents of GENZ LIVE.
• Minimum Streaming Hours: Agency agreements may define monthly active day and valid hour requirements for bonus rewards.
• Tax Responsibility: Streamers are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local and international taxes on revenue earned.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

GENZ LIVE Proprietary Materials: The application interface, trademarks, source code, visual animations, sounds, and logo branding are the exclusive intellectual property of GENZ LIVE and protected by international copyright laws.

User Content License: By broadcasting live video, sending chats, uploading photos, or posting media on GENZ LIVE, you retain ownership but grant GENZ LIVE a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to host, display, stream, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content across our platform and marketing channels.

8. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We employ multi-layered content moderation including automated AI image/audio filters, user reporting systems, and 24/7 human moderation teams. We reserve the full right to:

• Immediately terminate any live broadcast that violates these Terms.
• Mute, freeze, temporarily ban, or permanently terminate non-compliant accounts.
• Confiscate ill-gotten virtual coins or diamond rewards earned through fraudulent activity.
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of illegal conduct.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GENZ LIVE and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury arising from platform usage or third-party streamer conduct.

10. Account Deletion & Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app profile settings under Settings > Account & Security > Delete Account, or via our web portal.

Upon confirmation of account deletion, all personal profile data will be permanently anonymized or deleted within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards. Unused virtual coins and earned rewards are non-refundable upon voluntary deletion.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial legal standards. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration, except where prohibited by local consumer protection statutes.
